Refund Policy

Effective date: 05.01.2025

At Timber Creek Speedway, we strive to provide our guests with a safe, exciting, and enjoyable experience. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve outlined our refund policy below to set expectations for ticket holders and customers.

Event Refunds

All event sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions may be made at the discretion of management in the event of:

  • Event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (see Section 2)

  • Errors in online transaction processing (contact us within 24 hours)

Postponements

 If an event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be eligible for one of the following, as determined by management:

  • Admission to a rescheduled date

  • A rain check (valid for a future event within the same season)

  • A refund only if the event is permanently canceled with no rescheduled date

Rainout policies are posted at the track and on our website/social media pages. Please retain your original ticket or wristband as proof of purchase.

Merchandise Returns

We accept returns or exchanges on unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. Items must be:

  • In new condition

  • Unworn/unwashed

  • In original packaging, if applicable

Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards

Return shipping costs for online orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

Concession & On-Site Purchases

All on-site sales are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
